DeVille gladly accepts returns and exchanges for all products ordered through DeVilleUSA.com. All returns and exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receipt. You must request an RA# through the DeVille Customer Service section for both returns and exchanges.

Shipping charges of $5.95 for US orders and $9.95 will be charged to credit card on file for all exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must be unworn and in original packaging.
