1. What are your shipping fees?
Orders in the US are flat rate $5.95 for unlimited items. Orders
outside the US are charged a flat rate of $9.95.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally for a flat rate of $9.95. We even
bite part of the shipping price!
3. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Sorry.
4. What types of payment options are available?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time
of shipment.
5. How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call (213) 408-0020 and ask to speak
with the Ecommerce Department. You may not cancel an order via email.
Order cancellations must be made within 48 hours of originally placing
the order.
6. How long after I place an order does my creditcard get
charged?
Your credit card will only be charged for items when they are shipped.
7. How long after its charged will I receive my order?
Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise generally takes up to 5
for the US to 10 business days for international orders.
